Companies with relevant technology/equipment in the zero-emissions ecosystem are invited to submit an expression of interest for a booth in the Expo Area to showcase their products.
A limited number of Expo Booths will be on offer, with preference being given to HVIA members.
Exhibitors must feature technology/equipment/systems that are directly relevant to the conference themes – zero (or low) emission vehicles, technology, and supporting systems.
All conference catering will be served in the expo area to maximise engagement and networking.
Expo booths are 3m x 2m and include white slimline panels, hanging fascia with company name, LED spotlight on back wall, power point, trestle table and 2 chairs.
2 x Full Registrations to the conference (including welcome event and networking cocktail event).

Drive Day at TruckShowX (SOLD OUT)
Companies with zero (or low) emissions vehicles are invited to submit an expression of interest to display vehicles that can be driven by conference attendees on public roads near the venue over the 2-day conference period. The drive day parking location will be on-site, in full view of the elevated expo/ food and beverage area.
A limited number of Drive Day packages will be on offer, with preference being given to HVIA members.
Includes 10m x 10m space to display vehicles.
Exhibitors can choose to have a combination of drive and display vehicles however at least one vehicle must be used for drive experiences.
Attendees will book either a 30 minute or one hour slot in each vehicle.
All vehicles must be road registered (or trade plate fitted) and suitably insured.
All vehicles must be accompanied by a representative from the supplier.
