TruckShowX offers a range of exhibiting opportunities, ranging from indoor trade booths, outdoor trailer displays, drive day spaces and the new StartUp Pitstop.
Trade Booth
Companies with leading technology/equipment relevant to the conference’s themes are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for a booth in the event’s dedicated expo area to showcase their products.
A limited number of 3m x 2m shell scheme booth packages will be offered, with preference being given to HVIA members.
Catering will be served in the expo area to maximise engagement and networking.
Included in your package are 2 full registrations to the conference (including all networking events).
COST: $6,000 ex GST
Trailer Display
Companies with trailers featuring class-leading or unique technologies are invited to submit an expression of interest to display vehicles in the Trailer Display area of the show.
The Trailer Display location will be on-site, visible from the breakfast and conference area.
A limited number of trailer spaces will be offered, with preference being given to HVIA members.
Exhibitors may display one trailer.
All vehicles must be suitably insured.
All vehicles must be accompanied by a representative from the supplier.
Included in your package are 2 full registrations to the conference (including all networking events).

COST: $6,000 ex GST
Drive Day Space
Companies with newly-released vehicles, or those featuring class-leading or unique technologies are invited to submit an expression of interest to display vehicles that can be driven by conference attendees on public roads near the venue over the 2-day conference period. Display vehicles will be parked in view of the expo/food and beverage area.
A limited number of Drive Day exhibit opportunities will be offered, with preference being given to HVIA members.
Exhibit cost includes 2 vehicles. There may also be the opportunity to include further vehicles at an additional cost.
Exhibitors can choose to have a combination of drive and display vehicles however at least one vehicle must be available for drive experiences.
Attendees will book a 30 minute slot in each vehicle.
All vehicles must be road registered (or trade plate fitted) and suitably insured.
All vehicles must be accompanied by a representative from the supplier.
Included in your package are 5 full registrations to the conference (including all networking events).
COST: $12,000 ex GST
StartUp Pitstop
The TruckShowX StartUp Pitstop is an exciting new initiative on offer.
It was developed to provide an opportunity for new, small, start-up type businesses to showcase their products/services to the industry in an engaging format. All attendees will be encouraged to drop by the StartUp Pitstop area during the event breaks.
Businesses meeting the ‘startup’ criteria are invited to submit an expression of interest.
Includes 1 full conference registration (including networking events).
