With six companies exhibiting trailing equipment in the brand-new trailer expo area, TruckShowX 2026 is set to give attendees an exciting opportunity to get hands-on with the latest in trailer technology and energy-saving innovations.
Market-leading trailer manufacturers from all over Australia will converge in the Hunter Valley for the event. Queensland-based Akaal Semi-Trailers will join South Australia’s VE Motion, Victorian manufacturers Barker Trailers and Freighter Group, and refrigeration experts Protran Solutions and QTRS.
While the trailer types on display and the freight sectors they are best suited to differ, the manufacturers are all well-aligned with the event’s ‘Driving The Future’ theme, with several focussing on saving energy and responding to the global fuel security crisis.
Specifically, VE Motion will showcase its game-changing powered-axle trailer, fresh from its recent public launch. Protran Solutions and QTRS will bring their unique solar-powered refrigeration trailers, taking advantage of Australia’s abundant sunshine to respond to cooling demands.
To see what’s on offer from Akaal, Barker, and Freighter, best head to the trailer expo area on day one of the show!
