In what is clearly an incredible showing of interest and support for ‘Driving the Future’ across the nation’s trucking and freight sector, delegate tickets for day one of TruckShowX 2026 are now officially sold out.

HVIA’s National Events Manager Kay Marco was excited to make the announcement today. “Putting on world-leading events is absolutely what drives the HVIA events team, day in, and day out,” she says. “After the incredible success of TruckShowX 2024, we immediately went to work figuring out how to make 2026 even more impactful and engaging, and it is so exciting to be sharing it all next week with a sellout crowd.”

Tickets to the Sunday night networking function at Halliday’s 2026 Winery of the Year, Brokenwood Wines, are now also completely sold out. Lucky ticket holders will have access to what is shaping up to be the most exclusive event in the Hunter Valley next weekend, sharing an evening of outstanding wine and networking with around 250 trucking and transport industry leaders and experts.

Event tickets are still available for Monday night’s ‘Hi Vis in the Hunter’ networking function at the conference venue, and day two delegate tickets are still available. The events team warns that there are only a handful of each left, and they may also sell out in the coming days.

Adam Ritzinger, HVIA’s Chief Technical Officer and TruckShowX Technical Program Director, says “the level of interest in TruckShowX 2026 makes this clear – it is the right event, with the right content, at the right time”. “Never before has decarbonisation, productivity, efficiency, technology and innovation been more important,” he adds.

To be held May 18-19 at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, the TruckShowX 2026 conference will feature more than 50 speakers sharing their first-hand experiences implementing low- and zero-emissions vehicles and supporting infrastructure – including well-known operators such as Toll Group, Team Global Express, Centurion Transport, Divall’s Earthmoving and Bulk Haulage, Multiquip, Russell Transport, Wettenhalls, FBT Transwest, Frasers Livestock, New Energy Transport and many more. A spin off to the Brisbane Truck Show, the conference will also feature more than 30 exhibitors showcasing the latest in trailer equipment, future energy, telematics, powertrain technology, vehicle charging, safety systems and more (read more here).
