KRW Hydron – Australian and New Zealand distributor for the DFAC brand, Foton range of electric trucks and Shacman range of hydrogen prime movers – has joined the TruckShowX 2026 program as both speaker and drive-day participant.

HVIA attended the launch of its Quantum H53 hydrogen fuel cell truck in New South Wales in July this year, and is excited by the brand’s push into a range of low- and zero-emission market sectors in Australia.

Iain Dorward, Sales Manager for Heavy Vehicles at KRW Hydron, will present on the brand’s work with flagship Australian decarbonisation projects at TruckShowX 2026.

“The opportunity to provide our low- and zero-emission trucks for transport leaders who are breaking new ground in their decarbonisation initiatives is incredibly exciting,” he says.

“While we can’t reveal which projects we will bring to the conference just yet, I’m certain it will be hugely popular amongst the TruckShowX attendees.”

HVIA Chief Technical Officer Adam Ritzinger is also excited to have KRW Hydron on board and exhibiting its trucks at the event in 2026.

“As decarbonisation initiatives transition from theory to fact, the types of projects that KRW are delivering will become more and more prevalent, but we have an incredible opportunity to learn from pioneering examples,” he says.

Scheduled for May 18-19, 2026 at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley in regional New South Wales, TruckShowX 2026 will offer attendees the opportunity to learn from the industry’s prime movers how businesses are transforming through innovation and technology, via real-world case studies focusing on transport productivity, efficiency and safety.

Complementing the program will be an expo showcasing technology, equipment and services across a range of new areas, and uniquely, a drive-day opportunity to get behind the wheel of the latest truck models from leading manufacturers – and, for the first time, a trailer display.

The program is available here and tickets can be purchased here.
